The Breakdown

Display Quality

OPPO Find N6 finally made the crease nearly invisible with its teardrop hinge. Samsung Z Flip 7 still shows a faint line at certain angles. Motorola goes bigger with a 6.9-inch 165Hz panel that is buttery smooth but slightly oversaturated.

Performance

All three run the Snapdragon 8 Elite, so raw power is nearly identical. Samsung gets a slight clock speed boost in its for Galaxy variant. Motorola loads up to 18GB RAM, which is overkill for a foldable but future-proofs it.

Camera

OPPO and Motorola both pack dual 50MP sensors with proper telephoto zoom. Samsung cheapens out with a 12MP ultrawide that is barely an upgrade from 2023. OPPO Hasselblad tuning produces the most natural colors.

Battery

Motorola 4,700mAh cell absolutely dominates, delivering full-day-plus usage even with that power-hungry 165Hz display. OPPO 4,300mAh holds up fine, but Samsung 4,000mAh battery still struggles with heavy use.

Value

At $999, OPPO undercuts the competition while delivering superior cameras and display tech. Samsung charges the Galaxy tax at $1,099 for basically last year camera hardware.

The Verdict

The Winner
M

Motorola Razr 70 Ultra

Motorola Razr 70 Ultra wins with the biggest battery, largest displays, and most RAM in a foldable. Finally justifying its premium price.

Motorola stopped playing it safe. The Razr 70 Ultra is what happens when a company actually listens to foldable complaints: bigger battery, bigger cover screen, and a telephoto camera that does not treat zoom like an afterthought. That 4,700mAh battery is 700mAh larger than Samsung offering, translating to roughly 2 extra hours of screen-on time. The 4-inch cover display is genuinely usable for responding to messages without unfolding. Yes, it costs $200 more than OPPO, but you are getting demonstrably more hardware. Samsung Z Flip 7 feels like a refinement of an existing formula; Motorola rewrote the playbook.

But consider:But consider the OPPO Find N6 if you want the best crease-free display technology and a proper telephoto camera at the most affordable price point.
